Join the Gabriella White Contract Sales Support team as a Sales Support Coordinator.

Our Sales Support Coordinator opportunity is full-time, on-site, and benefits-eligible including insurance, paid holidays, vacation/sick time, 401K with employer match, and generous product purchase discounts. This exciting opportunity works out of our Corporate Offices in Pelham, AL, and enjoys both a private office setting as well as an on-site café. Our Sales Support Coordinators are hourly and eligible for both quarterly and annual incentive programs.

What you do:

• Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing.
• Complete information for returns and communicate with the quality or traffic department.
• Coordinate custom requests with other departments and Identity custom-ordered fabric.
• Answer product and service questions while suggesting information about other products and services.
• Open customer accounts by recording account information and maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Process weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for key accounts.
• Provide acknowledgment and shipping information on customers' websites and coordinate payment with customers that have open orders.

• 
  Availability to work the core hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some overtime as needed.
• Two to 5 years of Customer service or sales support experience required, furniture or apparel industry or other phone-based customer service preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including general knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word required; ERP system experience preferred.
• Experience using general office equipment including a desktop computer, Chromebook, iPad, telephone, fax, scanner, copier, and printer.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Highly organized, detailed, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
